Where are the products made?
The material used for our products is sourced from within Australia. Our products are then knitted, manufactured and printed in Melbourne, VIC. We are proudly 100% Australian sourced, made and owned.
Do you use blanks for your products?
No, all of our products are cut & sew and made to our specifications to get that perfect fit and feel.
How do I track my order?
Your tracking number will be emailed to you when your order is being dispatched. Please allow a couple of hours as sometimes orders are not scanned straight away.

I am wondering if an out of stock item will be restocked?
All of our items are limited edition. Unfortunately no collections will be restocked in the same colours, similar collections may be released.
How do I return an item?
If it doesn’t work out we gladly accept returns for unworn items in original condition with the tags still attached. For information on returns please visit our Returns&Exchanges
How much is shipping and how long will it take?
We offer a flat rate $8 AUD standard shipping in AUS! All For a full outline of international shipping cost and times, please click HERE.
How long will it take to pack and send my order?
We aim to post your order within 48 hours from when the order was placed and you will receive an email to let you know it’s been dispatched. During busy times such as holidays and sales, please allow up to 62 hours for your item to be shipped. Please note our couriers don't accept shipments on weekends so if you’ve ordered late on Friday or over the weekend, your order will not be dispatched until Monday.
I did not receive a confirmation email?
Depending on your settings and host, your mail may have been directed to a junk or ‘Promotions’ folder. Please check here first before submitting a contact form.
Product & Care details?
Our jumpers can experience some shrinkage due to the high percentage of cotton. Although our product&care tag says to cold wash, we do recommend hand washing for a consistent size. If you do find your product shrinks, they can be stretched back out by lightly tugging on sleeves and body. If you find your product is unable to be worn due to sizing issues after washing, please email us at info@kingstapparel.com and we will be happy to assist.
