We are always on the search for unique vintage inspired designs. Whether art is your main focus or your side hustle, we want you!

OUR PROGRAM

We love to support artists by providing collaborations for artists big and small, new or experienced. Submit some of your work that you think will fit our vibe to be printed on our products to our email at: info@kingstapparel.com

Please include your name, number and your vision for your design. Size, colours and dimensions are all up to you! 

Small signatures can be applied.

GUIDELINES

Our aesthetic is that of Vintage Designs, Sport Jersey's and American university/varsity clothing. All designs should be matching the same aesthetic. We recommend sticking to 7 colours max per design for printing costs. Please refrain from the use of trademarked words or images in your design (e.g. Raiders, Lakers etc). 

FILE UPLOAD

Vector file preferred (.ai). Hand drawn artworks can also be submitted as a PDF (scanned) or PNG but there may be slight changes in the piece. All sent to our email at info@kingstapparel.com

PROMOTION

All artists chosen will be featured and tagged every time we show the piece on our socials and a special mention on our website. We will also write up an artist profile on every artist chosen which will be shown on our website, instagram and Facebook.

EARNINGS

King St. Apparel artists earn 10% of the retail price for every product sold.

Discounts & Promotions
For the products that allow markup control, the markup is a percentage of the base price. If the base price changes due to a site promotion or discount, the artist share also changes. The calculation looks like this: 

Base Price x (Markup %  x (1 - Discount %))  = Artist Share*

All earnings are paid by AUD through PayPal. Invoices do apply.

Third Party Marketplace Earnings

For products sold on third party marketplaces artists earn HALF the amount as they would on a sale from King St Apparel. 

You will receive your earnings monthly. Any returns for said product will be deducted from total earnings.

 *King St. Apparel can work with the artists to offer creative suggestions and make changes to work resulting in a piece that the artist and we are happy with. In the case of excessive changes the earnings rate will be negotiated.
