Delivery Time

We aim to have all Australian orders shipped the next day. Australia Post do allow for Express parcels to arrive within 1-3 business days in the event there are unforeseeable delays. Regional areas outside the express post network may be 2-5 business days. 

If you have not received your items within 8 business days of making your order, please email us with your full name and order number and we will look into your delivery immediately.  In most cases this means that an attempted delivery has occurred and that your parcel is waiting for you at your nearest post office for collection. 

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is packed and leaves us you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your parcel.

If you are not home at the time of delivery, for your convenience, your parcel will be left in a secure place if deemed safe to do so by the delivery driver. If they feel it is not safe to leave, or the parcel is too large, you will be left a card and your parcel will be taken to your local Australia Post.

NEW ZEALAND

Standard Shipping: $10.00 AUD Flat rate (Approx $10.00 NZD)

New Zealand tax and duties

From 1 December 2019, new laws require that all orders shipped to customers in New Zealand are subject to an additional 15% GST. This amount is calculated and added at checkout. New Zealand Customs state that further duties or levies may be payable for orders exceeding $1,000 in value. 

Delivery Time

All New Zealand orders are sent with either Aus post or DHL Express. Please allow for delays due to COVID-19.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is packed and leaves our warehouse you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your parcel with Aus Post/DHL.
